1.4.1 Commitment with
Sustainability
Ficohsa through its Sustainability Strategy, aligned with the criteria of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), implements dierent
initiatives and/or programs that drive the growth and development of countries in the region.
The strategy reafirms the commitment to doing responsible business, generating a positive impact on society and the environment. The social part is focused on employee wellbeing, socio-economic empowerment through financial inclusion, banking, entrepreneurship and education through Ficohsa Foundation; in the environmental field we are working on reducing the environmental impact of our Group operations and through Corporate Governance GF values are continuously reinforced, doing business with integrity and transparency.
Sustainability is a driver of business strategy.

1.4.2 Análisis de doble Materialidad

Grupo Ficohsa comprometido en avanzar de forma estratégica y transparente con su agenda de sostenibilidad desarrolló un proceso participativo con los diferentes grupos de interés de la región.
En el 2024 Grupo Ficohsa inicio la actualización de este análisis, utilizando la metodología de doble materialidad bajo el marco de aplicación de la European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), este proceso permitió identificar y priorizar los temas más relevantes para Ficohsa en materia de sostenibilidad, además de conocer como estos temas impactan a sus grupos de interés y, por lo tanto, al desempeño del negocio.
En ese sentido, se identificaron y valoraron los riesgos y oportunidades más relevantes en la cadena de valor de Grupo Ficohsa y sus empresas, para posteriormente, complementarlo con un proceso de consulta a grupos de interés, en donde se destaca la participación de los siguientes actores:
